A third bedroom with queen, offering a private and quiet retreat with flat screen DVD player. Open sleeping loft with day bed trundle bed overlooking the common areas below. Queen sleeper on the first floor common area. Full sleeper on the first floor common area.

 

$350 double occupancy per night, base rate. $450 double occupancy extended overnight.
$585 double occupancy weekend $750-$900 double occupancy, three nights $1,000/week, double occupancy, based on 5 days.
$2500.00/family of 5 for 7 days $75/ea per additonal adult per night, 2 night minimum.
Day guests are $35/ea $50/ea per child, under age 15
